Freight Quotes & Estimates

Any rates, transit times, or capacity estimates provided via the website form are preliminary and non-binding. A formal contract of carriage is only established upon the issuance and acceptance of a valid Bill of Lading (BOL) and corresponding rate confirmation document.

Liability Limitations

Apex Transit Logistics operates under standard FMCSA regulations. Cargo liability limits for temperature-controlled LTL shipments are governed by our standard tariff unless a declared value is explicitly negotiated and documented prior to dispatch.
